Labor Day night

We spent Monday evening at the Maumee Bay State Park.  Having camped there when it was first opened, it was nice to see the trees more mature.  They've done a great job with the natural feeling of the part and all the wildlife  and fauna restoration.  We had a picnic dinner with Bob and Jackie Holzhauer and Sarah Jane Holzhauer and some of Bob and Jackie's kids.  It was a really nice evening.

Back at the campground, the humidity was soooooo uncomfortable that we seriously ran the RV air conditioner to dry things out.

On Tuesday we drove all the way to Milwaukee and got to have dinner with Jen, Greg and kids.  We're parked at a county park (a favorite campground of Jen and Greg's) just 15 miles from their house.  It's a perfect setting, with very few sites occupied.  We here for a week plus.
